Modern Interior in a Beauty Salon

A designer-crafted interior in a beauty salon in Kaunas, combining high-quality finishing and lighting solutions.

A Premium-grade matte ceiling covering manufactured in Germany by TEQTUM was selected. For lighting, recessed downlight spotlights and perimeter LED lighting were used, installed at the ceiling-to-wall junction. A neutral 4000K LED strip with IP44 class was used, along with IP67 power supply units with dimming functionality. An access hatch solution integrated into the ceiling was also implemented.

The custom-made hatches allow easy, at-any-time servicing of the heat recovery unit and access to other utilities. The hatches are upholstered in the same ceiling covering as the rest of the ceiling, with edges finished with a perfectly straight shadow line.

Magnetic recessed — also known as flush-fit — diffusers for ventilation were installed in the main room as well as in each individual room separately. The diffusers are minimalist, recessed into the ceiling, and blend seamlessly with the overall salon style.

A high-quality shadow profile was used for the perimeter, allowing the creation of sharp, precise internal and external ceiling corners, and was also bent to a radius to follow the curved shape of a wardrobe. Custom-made platforms were installed for the speakers, and speaker connections were integrated within the ceiling.

The work was carried out in accordance with the interior designer’s lighting and ventilation project. The project took 7 days to complete, with a total ceiling area of 80 m².
