Stretch ceiling in apartment, Barcelona

One of the most beautiful and interesting projects of 2025 in Barcelona, which we implemented together with an interior designer in the prestigious place in Barcelona. We had many challenges both technically and visually. We will tell you more about each part of the project below

Furniture panel in the ceiling and stretch ceiling

We had to implement the main accent of the interior designer’s ceiling flawlessly. The wooden panel in the kitchen area had to end at the living room, where the ceiling height changed and the stretch ceiling system began. However, this node had to have LED horizontal lighting, in this way, the furniture panel located above the stretch ceiling level would be illuminated, which would create a fantastic image, as if the ceiling were hanging in the air. The lighting and node of the same stretch ceiling had to be repeated at the window, where a cornice was installed in the formed niche.

Concealment of ducts

A ventilation engineering system was planned along the entire inner wall of the apartment. In typical cases, the ceiling height is simply reduced and the overall level is made 30-40mm below the ducts. However, in order to maintain the overall ceiling height, the Brilliance team formed a box from a system of tension ceiling profiles, which was covered with a film. In addition, a sophisticated LED profile Slott35 and a slot diffuser were integrated into the box – both of these solutions were implemented in both the living room and the bedroom.

Smart magnetic TRACK system

We installed a smart magnetic TRACK system in the apartment, which can be controlled using devices with iOS or Android operating systems. With the help of a special app, you can change the lighting intensity, as well as set the desired lighting temperature of the track lamps, from 2700K to 6500K. This functionality provides the ability to control the lighting depending on daily needs.

Bathroom

The perimeter was made using a special LED profile, which illuminates the wall vertically, thus providing comfort. For the convenience of servicing the recuperation system, we installed inspection doors that are extremely easy to use.
